Two wall faces total 2,400 ft² of contact area. A selected product lists 1,200 ft² per gallon. One coat needs 2 gallons before allowance. Adding 10% for overspray and handling gives 2.2 gallons, so a 5-gallon container is sufficient.
Thin and uniform is usually better than excessive
