Report a possible issue

Send correction reports to support@elstudio.com. Clear reports make it much easier to reproduce and verify a problem.

Please include

• The exact BuildMeter page URL.
• Every input value and the selected unit system or currency.
• The result shown and the result you expected.
• Your calculation, product data sheet or authoritative source.
• A screenshot when the issue involves layout, mobile behavior or accessibility.

What happens next

The calculation is reproduced, checked against the visible formula and compared with an appropriate source. Confirmed high-impact formula or conversion corrections are fixed and recorded in the changelog. Product-specific disagreements may instead be resolved by clarifying that an editable assumption must match the exact manufacturer data.

Privacy note

Do not send private plans, account credentials, payment data or information you are not authorized to share. A simple dimension-and-result example is usually sufficient.
